Payment
You can order items from the Safe In Your Skin websitr by placing items in your Shopping Bag and proceeding to the Checkout. Your card payment details will be processed securely by Protx. Click here for details.

Delivery Charge
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail second class post. Heavy parcels (over 2 kg) will be sent as a Standard Parcel by the Royal Mail.
Our delivery charge is £2.99 per order within the UK.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £30 within the UK.

Orders Over £100 & Unusually Large Orders
Orders over £100 are sent using the Royal Mail's Recorded (Signed For) service to ensure that you receive your order. For unusually large orders we use Parceline delivery service, to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order. Please note both services are free and a signature will be required.

Gift Wrap
Our fairly traded handmade Gift Wrap and handwritten ‘Safe In Your Skin’ Tag service costs £2.50 per item.

Delivery Outside the UK
We do not currently offer a service to deliver outside the UK.

Delivery Time
All items on the Safe In Your Skin website are stock items and we aim to process all orders within two days. During busy or holiday periods or for an out of stock product your order may take up to one week to process.

Please allow fourteen days for delivery. If we believe for any reason that your order will take longer than this time period we will notify you that we have had to cancel your order and give you a full refund. Sorry!!

Your delivery will only be considered missing if it fails to arrive twenty-eight days after the delivery date indicated in your email.

Packaging
Great care is taken to package orders securely so that you receive your order in perfect condition. All glass items are wrapped in card to protect them from breakage. Non-glass items will be wrapped in paper to protect them from surface damage. Small orders will be placed in padded envelopes and larger order will be placed securely in cardboard boxes. All packaging is fully recycable and is manufactured from either 100% recycled material or has a high recycled content.

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your choices. However, if for any reason your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, or are faulty, please send items in their original packaging within seven days of receipt, to:

Once we receive non-faulty goods in their original saleable condition a refund or exchange will be made. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage on orders you wish to return. Faulty products will receive a full refund of product cost and delivery costs incurred to return the item.

For your protection when returning goods please send them recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods.

Safely preserved botanical and organic products are not free of allergens for everyone. For your information we provide the full ingredient list to each product for known allergens or sensitivity. If in doubt please Get In Touch and a free sample (normal delivery charges apply) if available and perform a patch test on a small area of skin before use. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds if after using a product you find you are sensitive to it.
